TrainsTicket is not a rail operator. We do not own, operate, or control any trains, railways, or rail infrastructure.
2. No Affiliation with Rail Operators
TrainsTicket is an independent company and is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially affiliated or partnered with Amtrak, Brightline, or any other rail operator, transportation authority, or transit brand named or referenced on this site.
Any operator names, logos, or trademarks displayed on TrainsTicket.shop are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the routes, schedules, and services being compared or referenced. Their appearance on this site does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or any business relationship between TrainsTicket and that operator.
3. What We Do
TrainsTicket provides fare comparison, search, and booking-assistance services. Depending on the route and how you choose to book:
We may facilitate a booking that is placed and confirmed through the applicable rail operator's own reservation system, or
We may refer you directly to a rail operator's official website or a third-party booking platform to complete your purchase.
In either case, your ticket is issued and governed by the rail operator that operates your train, under that operator's own fare rules, schedules, and conditions of carriage — not by TrainsTicket.
4. Compensation and Affiliate Disclosure
TrainsTicket may earn a commission, referral fee, or other compensation when you book through links, phone numbers, or booking tools on this site, or when you contact a travel provider through us. This compensation does not affect the fare you are quoted or charged unless expressly stated at checkout.
We are not compensated to favor one operator's schedules or fares over another's, and any such arrangement, if it exists for a specific route, will be disclosed on that route's results page.
5. Booking, Fares, and Fees
Fares displayed are provided by or sourced from the applicable rail operator or third-party booking systems and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for.
Any service or booking fee charged by TrainsTicket, separate from the operator's fare, will be disclosed before you complete payment.
Once a booking is confirmed, your contract for carriage is with the rail operator, not with TrainsTicket.
6. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Change and refund eligibility is determined by the fare rules of the operating rail carrier, not by TrainsTicket, unless otherwise stated.
Where TrainsTicket charges its own separate service fee, that fee's refundability will be stated at the time of booking.
To request a change, cancellation, or refund, contact us using the information in Section 10, and we will advise you of the applicable operator's process, or assist directly where we are able to.
7. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep schedules, fares, and route information accurate and current, but this information may originate from third-party sources and can change without notice. TrainsTicket does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any schedule, fare, or availability information displayed on this site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrainsTicket is not liable for:
Delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service failures caused by a rail operator;
Losses arising from reliance on schedule or fare information later changed by the operator;
Acts or omissions of any third-party rail operator, booking platform, or payment processor.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

This site may link to or reference the websites of rail operators or other third parties. TrainsTicket is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, including any rail operator's own website you are referred to.
